Rick Harmon

Rick got his start in real estate investing in 1978 when he became interested in foreclosure real estate.  He's seen several boom and bust periods in the California economy since and is active in all markets.

He began focusing on probate and trust related real estate investments in 1990 and has largely developed a large following because of his expertise in this area.

His commitment to continued training in real estate has allowed him to continue to work niche markets and be an advisor to both probate attorneys, professional fiduciaries and active real estate investors. 

Mike Cantu

Mike Cantu is undoubtedly one of Southern California’s best real estate investors and a long-time friend of many of us real investors, both locally and nationally. Mike has been a real estate investor since 1984 and has been involved in over 1,000 real estate transactions. 

Mike owns and manages a fleet of about 40 rental homes, most all of which are very close to his modest office at the base of Mount Baldy. 

His vast experience, dedication to continued real estate education and his easy-going nature qualify him as an ideal advisor.

Ward Hanigan

Ward Hanigan is a full-time foreclosure specialist, trainer, and owner of a foreclosure search service in San Diego County. He brings over 30 years of real estate experience, with a degree in Economics and a Doctorate in Law.

He has worked in California's foreclosure market exclusively since 1982, and as a consequence he has extensive experience finding cash, researching title, handling evictions, rehabbing, reselling, working as a foreclosure consultant for lenders (handling their REO turnarounds and rollovers) and as a "one-on-one" trainer and mentor to some of the most successful foreclosure practitioners in the Western United States.
